Madhavi Jadhav is a petroleum engineer by qualification and has worked with multinationals like Royal Dutch Shell, Schlumberger and Reliance.She has worked on offshore oil rigs and thinks that was exciting and challenging part of her career. She likes to travel and is a state level boxer. She has also been recognised by USA today in 30 under 30. She is also a TEDx speaker. She has dedicated herself to increasing ThatMate’s influence and good-work in India striving to fulfill its mission on proper sexual education, women empowerment, and help change the culture to be more accepting of taboo topics.
Divya is co-founder at ThatMate. She is an electrical engineer from PVG Pune and worked at konecranes for several months. She loves training and interacting with students. She is a soft skill facillitator at Naandi Foundation. Her other interests are reading biographies and watching movies.
Tucker initially started with ThatMate as an editor and co-writer for the comic series, but quickly instilled himself as a vital member of the core team. He became deeply involved with the other aspects of the organization, helping focus our overall mission and road map. Tucker himself is a serial entrepreneur, director, and workaholic and has mentored us in our growth and development. In rare occasions, he isn't working, Tucker is an avid outdoorsman and reader. He writes as a hobby, but also has a passion for sports.
Santosh is an MBBS and has done masters in psychiatry from B.J.Medical College and Sassoon Hospital. He was a university topper in psychiatry. He is currently working as an advisor at ThatMate and Speciality Medical Officer in Regional Mental Hospital, Yerwada, Pune. He has done tremendous work for trumping the taboos of mental health. He has taken stress management camps for SRPF and Pune Traffic Police. He was a part of the Community Mental Health Program in Satara and Jalgaon. He has a huge interest in drama. He has previously directed street plays and documentary on mental health awareness.

He is passionate about doing innovations suitable for rural low resource settings like an easy technique for female sterilization, an operation for urinary incontinence, comfortable drapes for labouring women and even a technique to break bangles in an emergency. He has been the managing committee member and chair of the committee for sexual medicine, of the national OBGYN organization, FOGSI. He has contributed several chapters to postgraduate's books. He has been awarded Dr Anandibai Joshi Gaurav Puraskar by the government of Maharashtra, for contribution to women's health. Besides he is a popular speaker, he has spoken on several radio programs. He is a YouTuber and his YouTube channel is dedicated to adolescent's sexual health with more than 6 million views till date. Apart from this, he has a huge interest in blogging and dialogue writing. He is the author of अर्थ स्त्री आरोग्याचा, an ongoing popular column and पाळी मिळी गुपचिळी a compilation of blogs published recently. He has also translated few books in Marathi.
Prachi is a Bcom graduate.
She is currently pursuing MBA from N L Dalmia and mcom from Mumbai University.
She volunteered as a teacher for Teach for India and Sakhi.
And Prachi is hugely inclined towards helping the people In need and spreading knowledge.
Her interests lies in playing table tennis, quizzing and food blogging.
