<p class="entry-title" style="text-align: justify;"></p> <p class="entry-title" style="text-align: justify;">Have you ever noticed that most of the information on the Internet regarding sexual health is mostly focused on women? What I want to focus on here are what I believe to be the main issues revolving around the sexual health of men, whether gay or straight.  Men must be made aware of the issues surrounding their sexual health and what they can do to improve it.</p> <div class="entry-content"> <h4>Men’s Sexuality and Physical Health</h4> <p style="text-align: justify;">As any man who is out of shape will know, sex requires a lot of energy. A man really out of shape may even be unable to finish a romping session due to exhaustion or being out of breath. Here’s what to do in the areas of physical health to have a better sexual life.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">Cardiovascular health is essential to having a healthy sex life. If you are out of breath after one or two minutes then the experience is not going to be enjoyable for you or your partner. Daily cardiovascular exercise getting your heart rate up and keeping it elevated for at least 20 minutes will have very positive effects on your sex life.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">In addition, being weak and out of shape makes one more susceptible to contracting diseases, including sexually related ones. Being in good physical shape will also help keep one sexually healthy.</p> <h4>Men’s Sexuality and Psychological Well-being</h4> <p style="text-align: justify;">Psychological health issues are going to affect one’s sexual life. Depression, panic attacks, anxiety, and low self-esteem will all have a direct impact on one’s sex life. It’s likely that in some cases what is thought to be erectile dysfunction is actually just a result of performance anxiety or low self-esteem.</p> <h4>Men’s Sexuality and Social Life</h4> <p style="text-align: justify;">A healthy social life leads to a healthy sex life, and the opposite is true as well. Eating well, treating others well, and not abusing alcohol and drugs all support a healthy sex life. And alternatively, not taking good care of oneself socially, abusing alcohol and drugs, and being promiscuous will all contribute to an unhealthy sex life.</p> <h4>Typical Sexual Disorders and Dysfunction</h4> <p style="text-align: justify;">There are a few ejaculation disorders that a man should share with his primary care physician if he feels he is displaying any of them. They are, premature ejaculation, retrograde ejaculation, and retarded ejaculation. Each of these are treatable with the help of a physician. Premature ejaculation is related to loss of control, while retarded ejaculation is likely due to lack of arousal or the inability to be aroused. Retrograde ejaculation is where the ejaculate does not exit the body. If you feel you’re dealing with any of these you should contact your physician immediately.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">Erectile dysfunction is another common issue related to men’s sexual health. The causes for this vary. Consult your physician if you feel you are suffering from ED. There are therapy and medications that can help manage this dysfunction.</p> <h4>Sexually Transmitted Infections</h4> <p style="text-align: justify;">A monogamous couple who are both disease-free do not have to worry about <a href="">sexually transmitted diseases and infections</a>. However, anyone in the habit of being sexually active with multiple partners, especially ones who are strangers or acquaintances, is at risk of contracting a sexually transmitted infection.
